INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIRST-TIME REPLACEMENT:
If your umbrella has failed to function properly, we are happy to replace it for free (except shipping). Please follow the steps below for first-time replacements.
Take a photo of your damaged umbrella. NOTE: If possible, try to include the handle in your photo to help us verify the model.
Upload the photo of the damaged umbrella (follow the instructions on the next screen to upload the photo).
The defect associated with your umbrella must be clearly displayed in your photo. If your defect cannot be shown in your photo, we will require you to send the unit back to us.
We will email you after we receive your photo, verify your replacement history and send the replacement accordingly.
Pay the shipping fee for the replacement unit.
