SHIPPING & HANDLING (REPAIR / REPLACEMENTS)

If you need to send in multiple units, please process each return separately.

You will receive an email with payment confirmation shortly after the transaction is complete. Please include a copy of this payment confirmation receipt with the damaged unit.  

* If the Alert model is returned for replacement without beacon chip, there will be an additional $15 surcharge to replace the chip.




IMPORTANT NOTICE

To expedite your replacement during the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated lockdown in New York, please follow the additional procedures below after you have paid the return shipping fee:

  • Please email a photo(s) of the damaged unit to support@davekny.com. Be sure the photo easily identifies the item as a Davek umbrella.
  • Include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your shipping address
    • The model and color
    • Approximate date of original purchase

During this period, we will waive the requirement to return the damaged unit to us. 

Procedures above are for customers who purchased directly on davekny.com website.  For those who purchased outside davekny.com, please also include a copy of your purchase receipt from an authorized Davek dealer.  We will email you after we receive your email, verify the original purchase and send replacements accordingly.
